Lee Raines

Partner

Lee was born in Atlanta and raised in Marietta, Georgia. After earning a degree in Housing and Community Development from Arizona State University in 2006, he returned to his Georgia roots to put his education and talent to work, building cutting-edge designs and heirloom-quality homes and neighborhoods in the Metro Atlanta market that will last for generations.

His Metro Atlanta company, Raines Residential, is celebrating its 50th year in building and continues to build top-quality luxury homes in the area.

Matthew Davenport

Matthew Davenport doesn’t just build in Blue Ridge; he’s woven into the very fabric of the North Georgia mountains. As a generational Davenport born and raised in these mountains, Matthew carries forward a deep family legacy of craftsmanship and integrity. He offers a rare “full package” expertise that begins long before the framing starts. With a comprehensive technical background in grading, septic systems, and land clearing, Matthew understands the unique complexities of the local terrain better than anyone. This foundational knowledge ensures that every project is built on a rock-solid start, guided by the intuition only a true local can possess.
